Well, I think if you are rated above 1800 then you are a good chess player. If you are rated 1500-1799 then you are average. My lichess handle's bullet rating is 2200 and I still think I suck at chess compared to real titled players(fm,im,gm). It's hard to believe that you're average when my chess play constantly get crushed by IMs (2-10)
