African pygmy goat is a native goat breed of West Africa. They were originated from the Cameroon Valley of West Africa. They were shipped to the USA during the late 50s. African pygmy falcons, unlike many species of raptors, have different markings to distinguish males and females – females have a brown patch between their wings, while males have a solid grey back. This tiny species of falcon is the smallest raptor in Africa – adults are less than 8 inches long. They're a wonder to the eye, too, as selective breeding yields an array of color patterns like salt and pepper, snowflake, and cinnamon.

African Pygmy Hedgehogs originate primarily from Nigeria and close areas on the African continent. They are believed to be a mix of a couple of different breeds of hedgehogs originating from those areas.
